Recommended STUFF

I use this every day and have started to meet my goal of 10,000 steps and 15 flights of stairs - a GREAT motivator.


  1. The Aria scale which also works in conjunction with Fitness Pal and the FitBit. Check it out too!! It is awesome as well :)

  2. I use an old WW digital scale at home but if it ever dies I would definitely look at the Aria - so connected! You are my OCD soul mate!
